This neat subdivision located just a few miles east of Branson off of T-Hwy is unique to the area in that the HOA fee covers all lawn mowing and the community pool and clubhouse. These are not condos, they are wholly owned residences that are both affordable and ideally located. The Branson Highlands are in the Branson School District and are located close to both Lake Taneycomo and Bull Shoals Lake.
